with each client, to find out as much as possible about their abilities and the ways they use their airplane. “We want to customize the training,” Parker said. “If they have basic skills, we’ll start there and increase their abilities. If they’re very well advanced, we’ll advance the training with them.” Some pilots have gotten complacent, so the training will attempt to bring them back up to full skill level. “If they leave with learning at least one new thing,” Parker said, “we feel we’ve accomplished our goal.”Twin & Turbine Interviews Wally David, CEO of SimComTwin & Turbine took the opportunity while at SimCom to chat with CEO Wally David.
