Class size is about as small as it can get; one or two students to one instructor. The individualized “train as you fly” philosophy extends to learning what the client does with his orher airplane and targeting those requirements.We were told that SimCom’s cadre is made up of experienced instructors who like to teach and are good at communicating, chosen specifically for those qualities. The King Air instructors are heavily experienced in King Airs, so they teach from the perspective of having been there, not simply from book knowledge, as important as that is.SimCom offers King Air training in Scottsdale, Arizona and Dallas, Texas, as well as the Orlando, Florida center, potentially saving owners travel time and expense.
